Seems to overcome problem of running cattle/sheep on the Urban Fringe .... Exmoor and New Forest have plenty to spare .... amazing how short the ponies can trim grass ... gather one trick is to throw feed into scrub which gets demolished in the process ...

The Exmoors at Birling Gap are not fed anything, they eat the gorse. So much cheaper than pony feed. Rj
